"TREEBOARD" OR TREE NOTICE BOARD
Similar to last year, at Mohylová Elementary School we are preparing for Christmas together with children and teachers from other European countries. We send each other letters with greetings, decorations, and texts about traditions typical of our countries. This year, we have prepared a place of honor for the decorations sent from abroad, which we could call a "flat tree," because we put them on a bulletin board full of coniferous branches. Thanks to this, every observer of the bulletin board can easily imagine where the countries from which the decorations came are located, because each country is marked on a hand-painted map of Europe. It is a common bulletin board, which could be called a TREEBOARD in English, but it brings us knowledge and discovery in many areas—English, geography, art education...
